"I had never stayed at a citizenM before. I really liked it. I was a little surprised by the size of the room but I was traveling alone and the size ended up being perfect. I enjoyed the modern, European style to the room. Had a very Ikea-look (that was said in a positive way) and I enjoyed the modern touches such as the iPad controls. The staff was very accomadating and even though the check-in is more "self" check-in, the staff is right there to assist and help along the way. The location was ideal for me as well. I had never been to Boston and didn't exactly know what area to stay in. I thought North Station was great for me. Close to mass transit and I could walk easily to the North End, downtown and the waterfront. I had very few "cons" about the place. The mini fridge was definitely mini but based on the layout and size of the room, I get it. I would have liked a microwave in the room. It wasn't the end of the world since there is one in the breakfast/bar area. Definitely would stay there again, especially if traveling alone. With a partner, it would be good too but not ideal for families. "

"Property was well ran and clean. Expensive but everything in Boston is expensive. It’s like Canada except without the exchange. You better like taxes and toll roads or you won’t like Boston. "

"Great stay! Nice modern rooms, location perfect for walking to most attractions around . Lots of restaurants walking distance too but the hotel restaurant doesn’t have kids menu or vegetarian options, that’s something they can improve on. Coffee shop is amazing . "
