" I had a great stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, with welcoming and impeccable staff. The only recommendation I’d have is to stay on the 2nd floor, as the ground floor had a bit of an issue with bugs since its close to the meadow as the name suggests. Additionally, the Wi-Fi and water system could use some upgrades, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. "I want to be fair. this is a budget hotel. The main issue was the excessive street noise. we checked in and within 10 minutes checked out. If all you want is a bed with little expectation to sleep then this will work "

"I booked on standard room and a deluxe room. The deluxe was not available. No refund. Pool was dirty, the other pool was empty. Plase was rosting away. No pickup from airport was organized; lack of staff. They had 2 vans for the task. Servise was below all any standards. The nampe promised a lot, but the hotel and the service was poor. "

"The tv in unit 106 wasn't working, but it was okay. Great experience when we used their event area and had them catered. Enjoyed having breakfast in the courtyard area. This is the second time we've stayed and it was better than the last time. Hope see the staff at the palcio de laoag again next year."

"The staff for breakfast was wonderful….friendly, attentive and one of the best parts of our stay. Room view of the pool was very nice. Beds were pretty hard and could use some more padding. Pools were very nice. Beach sunsets were beautiful. We enjoyed using the pool tables and the driving range. We had three people in our room, but only two towels in our room. Upon request of the additional towel, we were required to pay for it. "

"All the staffs are very accommodating and with a friendly smile aside from that helpful if you need some advice on which tourist attractions nearby. The breakfast was great and even the coffee was delicious. The view of the lake and even the hotel property looks expensive. It is definitely 5 star Hotel experience."

"It’s been a while since I stayed in this hotel but I still vividly remember how beautiful my experience there was. The view is incredible and since the hotel is by the beach, you can expect the sight of a vibrant and romantic sunset. The pool was pretty big and they had a clear kayak like those in Boracay which was also fun to get around and take pictures with. The rooms were clean and organized, and the staff were greatly accommodating to our requests. The food was also good, but I suppose one...
