"Whilst looking shabby from outside, the inside was cool, clean, convenient and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised and thought this was well worth the money. Staff was polite and helpful. The only things that held back better scored were the terrible pillows that seemed to be stuffed with foam shapes- these need replacing with proper ones. Staff also seemed quite hesitant about their roles so perhaps they weee new to their roles. Overall I would really like to recommend the hotel as it was...

"This was a very nice hotel and great location. Was able to train from airport and walk just across the street. Also was able to walk .5 miles to Waterloo station and train to Portsmouth for a cruise. Lots of dining options nearby. Room was very nice and included a kitchen area. "
"We booked 3 nights, mostly for the location, 5 mins walk from Victoria Underground and Bus Station. Upon arrival the rooms weren’t ready, as we were early but after a short 15 mins wait, we were able to check in. Check in is self-done with help from the staff, if needed, you create your own cards etc - room was perfect, smaller POD style but bed was comfy, etc (who stays in their room anyway when visiting). Unfortunately, the day we arrived we found out Air Canada was going on strike, the day we were suppose to leave. I spoke with one of the staff, explained the situation, he made notes on our file and then I contacted Expedia Agent - within 15 minutes, the agent spoke with the hotel reservation supervisor and we were refunded for the last 2 nights as we ended up leaving 2 days early. Next time to London, will 💯 stay here again!! Plus, breakfast was included - buffet style - "

"The accomodations were lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spa like. Nice to come back to after a long day of walking. The breakfasts were just ok. The coffee machines were constantly breaking so it became almost impossible to get a cup of decade coffee. The one time I had some potatoes which they had just put out they were cold. So not great food. "
