"Clean facilities and rooms. Conveniently located (in walking distance) to train & bus station and a variety of dining and shopping. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel early and was able to store our luggage and explore the area for a few hrs before checkin. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! "

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating, hotel was modern and clean. There was no laundry facility on site but there was a laundromat a 2 minute walk from the hotel. And it sounds like a small thing but the free coffee 24/7 was super convenient. Also, there is a 7-Eleven right next door. Loved this hotel, would definitely go back again. "

"We loved this hotel - the room was spacious with the gorgeous view. Bathroom was exceptional! Room had everything- even an umbrella! Close to shopping, train station - perfect location. Breakfast was amazing too - lots of variety, fresh and high quality good. Roof top bar was perfect to finish a day with a drink. We would definitely go back."

"Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Stayed with my wife and 3 year old. We shared 2 'double beds' pushed together (2x king singles). Rooms were small, but they weren't surprisingly small. They were modern, functional and very clean. Two highlights were the blackout blinds (so good that we missed quite a few mornings) and the shower! Damn, that was amazing. I've never had such a powerful and large shower before where no water got on the floor outside! The hotel is on top of a well connected train station and a 24 hour convenience store. It has a small gym which is functional but too tiny, there are some restaurants and bars around, but it's relatively quiet at night. We never had the breakfast there because there was the Familymart downstairs (and a 7/11 and Lawson's very close by). I would definitely recommend this to friends as a great place to stay. I will say though, if we had another child (i.e. 2x adults and 2x kids) it would be way too small. "

"Ideal location right on dotonbori, we were on floor 8 and couldn’t hear any noise at night which is great. Could be cleaner, carpet wasn’t very clean, cleaners missed a dirty tissue under the sofa and toilets smelt of drains. Staff were lovely and room overall was good. "
