"Difficult to find a hotel. No easy access to contact the reservation staff. Also the spa, only open from 11 AM to 11 PM. If you’re late getting in, and you have to check out by 10:30 am, there’s no time to use the spa, which is one of the reason why I booked with this hotel."

"We loved the charming house and its beautiful garden, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. However, our room was very humid. The location is excellent, situated above the city and perfect for those arriving by car, as there is ample parking. We highly recommend trying their white wine and attending the tasting night. The breakfast was okay but had a limited selection."

"Perfect stay with a more perfect staff. Handy bikes in the garage that take you into town easily. We went to Monteresso al mare by train and in the evening we went to Sestri Levante for dinner (which we preferred over the over-touristic Monterosso) . Breakfast is simply amazing and the hotel is beautifull all together. But again: GREAT staff !"
