10/10 Excellent
"A beautiful hotel in a prime location, near shopping and dining. The staff here is the best I have ever encountered with. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I used it as a base for many hiking excursions so I didn’t get to utilize all the amenities they have . Only about a 20 minute ride to airport "
"We stayed here for 5 nights & everything was perfect. The rooms are cozy, very comfortable, quiet & relaxing. The hotel is super well located, close to everything you want to see in the city. Breakfast had many delicious options. The staff that worked breakfast was always so nice & accommodating, especially Madai, who always took the time to ask how our trip was going. Each night they delivered hot water bottles to heat up our bed, and muna tea, to help us sleep. Everyone at the hotel was so sweet and helpful, and they definitely contributed to a perfect stay. We would definitely come back again. "
"As always, service was excellent, comfortable beds and rooms. Located in a great spot and because is a bit inside the mountain is very silent at night. Love bello the dog’s owner, sweet and friendly. "
