"I love when you book at a Hilton property and know it will live up to the standard one expects. We arrived later in the evening and after a full day of driving and sightseeing, it was lovely to be able to know everything would clean and comfortable.
The room was well designed, confortable sheets and bed (though it was a small double and not a queen or king). Crabtree and Evelyn shower products. Lovely view.

"Although this hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, it falls short of that standard in many ways. We booked a deluxe room but found it to be very basic and quite standard, not reflecting the quality expected from a 4-star stay. The bathroom towels were definitely not up to the mark either.
The breakfast was abundant but chaotic—service was disorganized, and at our table, cutlery was missing, and I had to ask for napkins.
