Everything was thought out, ameneties are provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, q-tips, wipes, skin care, etc) Breakfast was safe as a person with peanut/nut allergies, every allergen is identified, made life easier. Staff is so kind and nice. They held out luggage after checking out. We took a free shuttle offered by the hotel to get to Kawaguchiko station. Very helpful,"
