"Surprisingly large, pool area is nice albeit your interrupted by the neighbours shouting from their living rooms 5m opposite, but can't be helped. Just strange to have such a fancy hotel with poor housing opposite.
The levels of English within the staff was shockingly poor, especially the check-in staff, for an IHG hotel I can't quite believe it. I had to work in the morning and realised there is no plugs for the desk, what's the point!

"I always wanted to stay there and i finally did. My only critic is there is a lot of constructions being done in the city so for now the view is not that great yet. Pool is very nice, the bar and casinos . I wish they stayed open later. Can't have a bar that closes at 2am c'mon."
