Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel and customer service here, is just beyond our expectations! We cannot say enough good things about the two people who helped us check-in, to the wonderful bar service to end our night. This hotel has excellent customer service. The rooms were nice, fresh, and clean!!! We only stayed one night, and we wanted to book another honestly!! Definitely will be back! "
"the room was clean, staff was amazing. the Valet guy Charles was amazing as well. we didn’t use valet but he talked to us every time we came downstairs "
"I was extremely happy with our stay. Room was clean (you have to request cleaning services if needed) which I preferred as we were only there a short stay. Easy access to anything downtown. 15-20 min walk to M&T Bank Stadium and about 10-15 from the Inner Harbor. The hotel itself is on the older side which I loved. As a history buff this was right up my alley looking at the beautiful Art-Deco elements of the front entrance. The ceiling of the lobby is stunning. My next trip I will definetly be planning to stay here again. As someone who rarely takes the time to write a review, this is worth it."
"Room spotless. All staff welcoming, great attitude and really helpful. Liked the atmosphere. Best breakfast out of all the Hilton hotels we’ve stayed in while travelling. "
"The staff was so friendly, from check in, security, kitchen staff and all. The room was very clean. Breakfast was great! Mrs Cindy was so nice and you can tell she enjoys her job. "
