"the stay was absolutely amazing would definitely recommend. the staff goes above & beyond for guest. traveling was super easy, having the train station literally right at the corner, which was a plus being our first time in Paris. so many places to walk & eat. my girlfriends phone fell underneath the bed & gas to be manually taken apart to get to it; the staff was on top of this issue & retrieved it for us. "
"We absolutely loved this hotel! The room was clean, bright, and spacious and we were incredibly comfortable in the space. We loved that we could fill our water bottles at a station downstairs. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was wonderful. We had an amazing time and I would definitely stay here again! "
"We stayed at Appart'City for 12 nights while we explored Paris each day. Our hotel was located within reasonable distance of several Metro stations (10-15 minutes walk). It is clean and modern, the buffet breakfast has great food with good variety, and staff are friendly and helpful. The only minor negative was that housekeeping wasn't great- 2 or 3 times we had to get toilet paper or kleenex from the lobby desk when we ran out, as housekeeping had not replenished it. Otherwise a great experience. "
