"terrific staff, nice room, great location. As with all hotels in the 'Old Town', you must walk from the city gate (with your bags) to the hotel, sometimes through narrow streets, up abundant stairs and on uneven roads, but this hotel was easy to get to and just one set of stairs to climb."
"I genuinely enjoyed my stay at San Rocco Palace. The staff were helpful, the room was spotless, and the balcony was just perfect. Just let u know Dubrovnik is full of steps, so it might not be ideal for someone with knee issues as my room was on the top floor, but totally worth the experience. Everything was perfect, and I’d definitely stay here again!

"Excellent communication and location! Steps are everywhere in Old Town . It was great for us to enjoy the space and food & fun just outside the entry! Sloped ceiling so if you are really tall you could bump your head. Lovely owners !"

"Our apartment was perfect: very clean inside, two bathrooms, everything worked perfect, beds very comfortable, inside the ancient walls and easy to get to everything. The only minor issues were first entering the steps up were dirty and then the door lock was fussy. But then walking in was perfect and I have no problem giving 5 stars."
