"Hotel room was basic but very nice and extremely quiet. It was an easy walk to anywhere in the old town. Only problem was staff lost my reservation for a parking spot, but we worked that out."
"Hotel was excellent. Absolutely great location in walled city - easy access to shops and ramparts. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, no A/C available - opened the windows to get room cooler - was OK, but not ideal.
We would definitely stay here again. "

"Nice hotel, reception staff very helpful eg in booking restaurants, good breakfasts, room had good sea view as advertised. Only problem was that the in-room safe did not work and as far as we know noone did anything about this when we reported this."
"Perfect location and the hotel is clean, staff nice and parking within walking distance. My only issue is that our room was directly over a nightclub. Actually i wasn't bothered and found it funny but I'm sure there may be those that would be annoyed. Just ask for a room not over the nightclub and you will have a wonderful time in Saint Malo. "
