"Fantastic stay. Wonderful and very friendly staff, who went above and beyond with everything we needed. Incredibly delicious and varied breakfast buffet. Rooms were great if a bit dark, beds comfortable. We did get a bit hot, as the A/C was not fantastic, and it was middle of summer. Really well located, across the street from Parque del Retiro. Overall would highly recommend it."
