"Check in was easy. Didn’t need reception for anything else. We had room 401, lift up to 3rd floor then two flights of stairs but manageable. Room was small but enough room for two people, bathroom was really big with decent shower. Nice comfy double bed. Added bonus was a small veranda over looking gardens below. Great location, Spanish steps and Trevi fountain within a 10 minute walk. Overall a great place to stay at a great price. "

"Wonderful stay. The room is large and comfortable and incredibly clean. There are a lot of stairs but the elevators work well and are quick. The staff is efficient. They can organize transfer to the airport for you, which was helpful. Seriously, though, the room. It was so bright and clean and the beds were nice. No sofa beds, no family of four crammed into a tiny space. It was WONDERFUL."
