"Only issue was that cleaning service was knocking on the door almost 4 hours before checkout when i didnt get to the door in time they just came in. Otherwise check in was seamless and honored gold status and already had us upgraded with drink coupons. Asked for a late checkout. Day of checkout and front desk lady said they didnt have any. But when .entioning gold. Immediately gave late check out. Otherwise hotel is in a very convenient location. Beautiful hotel. "
