"Staff made this an excellent experience. From check-in with Elizabeth, to greetings in the lobby from staff, the beach workers and particularly the hosts/servers at the breakfast buffet, it made for a wonderful time. Room faced the ocean and made for a pleasant unwinding time sitting on the balcony at the end of the day. Would recommend this resort to anyone going to PR. (Caveat: be prepared for resort fee and local room tax not listed in the room price.)"

"The view is nice, but I was expecting more of a beach experience and sounds of waves given the photographs when I booked. There was a lot of traffic noise and people at all times of night.
There are many places one can walk to, which is convenient. Uber was very accessible also. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. "
