Quick check in and out, and close to central station and room is spacious enough, but there was no kettle in the room so had to walk 10 minutes to the nearest 7/11 to get coffee early in the morning before their breakfast started.

Good value and handy location
An easy 15 min walk from central station. Rooms are small but everything you need. Comfortable bed and no noticable noise.
We chose to buy breakfast and it was very good value, buffet style.
I would use this hotel again if I return to Copenhagen.

Hotel charges for EVERYTHING
Wi-Fi was a joke unless you were in the lobby. They charge for everything including ice.

Copenhagen
Had a superb stay for 2 nights. Though room was small, we got what we paid for. Most imptly, shower was decent and bed was comfortable.

Convenient location
The room was OK. I would like a kettle. There was no water or any tea/coffee facilities. Hotel convenient for city centre.

You get what you pay for
Room is fine for one, too small for two. Not very clean/fresh.
Not great but would maybe stay there again for the location.

Nice place for the budget
Weekend in chooenhagen. You get what you pay for. Quite small rooms but clean and comfortable. Not much service but it’s not that kind of establishment. Nice location to our activities to the town and near train station.

Too small
Be aware the rooms are veryyyy small, including the bed and washroom! Not a good idea to share. But it's a clean hotel.

Cheaper isn’t always cheaper
It has the potential to be good, but I’ll never ever stay here again. There were boogers on the wall next to the bed and I had to change rooms, there’s a fee for storing luggage and you must also sign a waiver saying that the hotel is not responsible if jewelry or expensive items are missing from your room.

It’s ok
We had a wake up large room which is small. There was no closet and the sink was in the same space as the toilet and shower. There was no space to unpack our bags but the bed was comfortable. Elevators were small for such a big hotel.

Not good
Not a nice hotel. Dirty in the rooms, no service unless you ask for it. The extra bed was a joke, we couldn't even sleep on it and we were missing sheets.

Okay for the price
The location was convenient and the hotel was fine for the price. A big improvement would be blackout curtains. The rooms are very bright. Our room was not super clean. There was a lot of grime in corners, grout, etc.
Do not pay separately for breakfast at the hotel! It’s a continental cold style breakfast and the coffee was awful. The view from the breakfast room is great and it would be worth it if included with your room.

Too small for me
The room was extremely small, with no storage or convenient place to put a suitcase. You had to live out of the suitcase, which, for a multiday trip, was most inconvenient. One had to climb on the bed to open and close the window curtains. The bed had a pillow half the size of a standard pillow and a comforter/blanket that didn't cover the full bed. The room didn't have a safe which I like to have to leave my laptop and passport protected when I'm not there.

Good value for money
A perfectly okay stay with a good view, though the room would have been too tight if I bring more luggage or an extra person. I stayed in the room category called “Heaven”. Sheets and surfaces clean. Walls are paper thin, I could hear my neighbor snoring. Some areas show wear and tear, for example, I could not properly close the sink to handwash some small clothing items. There was a weird smell and some brown-pink residue (bacteria!) in the sink drain. Staff was friendly upon check-in and when I got my coffee. Otherwise no contact. An extra towel to step out of the shower would have been nice but I guess we can’t expect much for this price.

Enjoyable stay in Copenhagen
Very small room. Shower uncomfortably small. Queen bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet, never heard noise in halls. Great location to train station and easy to walk to all the city centre sites. Flight arrived at 7am and I got to the hotel at 8:30 but check in is not until 3pm. There are lockers for a fee so you can leave your bags and go explore. I paid 50 dkk (around $12) for a small locker for 4 hours. It held my carry-on bag and had room for more. There is a fee of 250 danish kroner for an early check-in, but that wasn’t even an option that day because they had no rooms available. Breakfast can be added on for 95 dkk which is about $20 CAN and is located on the 10th floor. The lobby has a small café to purchase snacks and beverages and the prices are reasonable.

Bad hotel, little space, overcharges for anything.
Horrible hotel for the money. Would never recommend this to anyone.
1. The unit was so small we could barely move or unpack bags.
2. There are no phones in the rooms.
3. This is the type of obnoxious hotel that charges extra for EVERYTHING. At one point I had an envelope delivered and the desk charged me 10€ to “store it” on their counter for 6hours as they could not call me because see #2 above.
4. They overcharge to hold onto bags for a couple hours - far cheaper options out in town.
5. The sheets had stains on them.
6. The bed is so crammed that if you lose something underneath, you’re unlikely to find it.
7. The shower took well over 10 minutes to get luke-warm, not even hot.
8. No place to hang towels.
9. They failed to tell us that at 11:30pm on weekends there is a 30minute long firework show at the amusement park a block up the street that made my time in Fallujah seem peaceful.
There are plenty of other issues but these are the ones I remember easiest. For what it’s worth, we travel all over and stay in tents that were more reasonable than this. It’s a grift, don’t stay here.
