We were only in Seattle for one night prior to a cruise. I chose Citizen M because I try to avoid big chain hotels as much as possible. Check in was easy and fast, Dunn on an iPad in the lobby. If we were staying one night with one person to her room and a small overnight bag, it would be fine. For two people in one room, each with a huge suitcase, it was a disaster. There was nowhere to actually open a suitcase, and no way to walk past each other in the room without someone practically stepping outside. Everything in the room is controlled by an iPad that is kept by the bed, which is fine. It would get old, but it was OK for one night. I slept against the window, and had to climb over my husband to get out of bed. I will say that the room was very clean and modern, and if it were three times as big, it wouldโve been really nice. We had breakfast in the hotel lobby the next morning, and it was wonderful and well worth the cost.
