Room has a musky mouldy smell when we enter. Perhaps due to the moisture from hot spring bath that is attached to the room. Our beds were not made on the second day. Pillows not entirely enjoyable to use. Bed is good. Bkfast and supper spread is delightful.

不知道是不是因為在春節的時候入住關係，所以價格比較高一點。 倘若不是因為春節的關係，而是常態性價格，那我認為該酒店好像不太清楚自己的價格定位。一個晚上要價11,000多台幣，而相同的金額在臺北市區可以住到 W Hotel；其中最讓人家感到不開心的是，該酒店在電梯內有廣告其餐廳的烤鴨套餐，詢問前台人員卻一問三不知，價格問餐廳、用餐時間問餐廳、可否預定問餐廳，而當下詢問時間點是晚間九點左右，該酒店前台表示餐廳已經打烊，要隔日才能詢問，且要客人自行前往詢問，並非是前台備註有客人詢問並於隔日主動告知，且該酒店於電梯內的烤鴨套餐廣告是表明「須前一天預定」，什麼都要客人隔日才問，那真心該酒店換成自助入住、退房的機器人便可。 前台什麼都不知道，又無法主動提供客人服務也沒有任何客人所需資訊可供應，這個價格與服務完全不對等。 若是前來泡湯休息該酒店是不錯選擇，住宿過夜請三思。
