This is a truly beautiful hotel with very helpful staff! We recommend this place to anyone staying in the area (easy driving distance for Callaway Gardens or Pine Mountain Park or Wild Animal Safari).

Amazing hotel and awesome staff!

Amazing! We came for a romantic little getaway and this was the perfect place for it! Very sweet staff, nice accommodations and we even got a room upgrade. The breakfast is basically the usual continental fare, and right now selections on the bar/restaurant are limited due it being off season, but the staff still made sure we had a great meal and a great time! Beds are comfy, blackout drapes, and the view is AWESOME. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back!

The room was great and the location was amazing. However the breakfast was bad due to bread being moldy and milk being spoiled. Also the bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. Customer service was good and place seemed really clean.

Seems like the person who cleaned the room missed a pillow with the case. There was a stain on the pillow case and lots of hair. Otherwise everything seem to be clean! If I’m ever that direction again, I will be staying there.

I loved the view out back. Magnificent. The staff were very nice and helpful. Very personable. They seemed short-staffed in the morning at breakfast though, because they ran out of everything by 9:00. And the girl at the front desk (who couldn't have been nicer and hard working) appeared the be the one who had to restock everything. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and we'll be back.

The silly little barn door on the bathroom wasnt working very well. The hotel only has 1 elevator and its to one side of the building, folks with mobility issues will find this inconvenient.

Serviceable place to stay near Warm Springs

Stayed for 2 nights to explore Warm Sorings and surrounding area. We would not usually choose a Best Western but it was the only hotel in the area. Room was 1st floor looking out on the parking lot. There seemed to be rooms with patios or balconies to enjoy the beautiful view but maybe those cost extra? Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was just dated and average. I admit I like a fancier hotel when I travel. No complaints other than terrible water pressure in the shower but I doubt the hotel can do much about that. There were some beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy as well as a bar and restaurant which was convenient.

Upon arrival I was given a downgrade. After showing pictures and my receipt it was corrected.The room was not clean I had to clean the restroom and vacuum the floor myself. The carpet was dirty and had stains so did the chair…I made hotel management aware of everything.

Sketchy staff!

The hotel was very nice in appearance and clean. My air conditioning in my room never got the room below 72° the entire night and I am a person that likes to sleep when it’s cold it was a little humid, etc. also their breakfast was not available and then they offered to make a single plate which I agreed to than the cook and the person working told me first it would be $20 and that I could pay cash and then ask me if I had cash app to send the money. And then after I told them I didn’t carry cash. They said they would charge the $10 to my room.

The day before arrival hotel responded to our question regarding the restaurant being open for dinner during stay. We were told it would be but upon arrival we were told it was closed. The front desk clerk didn’t know how to check us in! We left to find a restaurant but none were open in Warm Springs so had to drive 40 miles round trip. If we were not mislead we would have made plans to stop before getting here. Once in our nice room we found out the tv did not work and internet very slow, poor streaming. Such a shame it’s a new hotel in a beautiful location.
