I want to tell you about your Hotel service.
1. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was not explain my book including.
For example, I asked her about my breakfast after the check-in process, for 3 times!!!!!( that night, and then tomorrow morning, and after the breakfast.)
Is is right process for your hotel? I
2. I ate the dinner of your hotel restaurant when I arrived day. It's so nice place, nice circumstance.
I couldn't the reservation there so crew asked me to leave until at 7:30 p.m.
My sister and I was so hungry toooooooo long driving.
So I agreed with their request and we have a seat.
We ordered pasta and lamp. The employee didn't even ask me to roast the meat!
Is is always do that?
And even they didn't serve to me a bread. Why they did that?
So I asked them to bread and gave me except oil.
So I asked them again to give a oil or butter.
3. I asked the clean service of my room when I left the hotel.
But it's not working.
When I return the Hotel for rest, the cleanest visit my room and we have to left.
Then, we came back to room, pillow have many many many many dust!!!!!
I took a picture.
They had a purpose to do that?
Fortunately, we met a good and nice crew of your hotel.
He was so kind to us explained the restaurant and the others,
