Itโs the most epic stay. Truly reminds me of luxury hotel in LA with the epic Hollywood glamour.

Horrible experience for an amazing Architecture
Probably the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in, however itโs a great petty they donโt have a slight clue on how to operate a 5 star hotel
No one speaks a word if english
After 11 not a single restaurant or coffee shop even open in the hotel. (Mind you the hotel is at least 20 mins drive to anything, so there are no other options)
They have 6 items available on the late room service, after I placed the order they called back 3 times to tell me they donโt have the items.
It took more then an hour to deliver what ever it was that they had and it was cold and awful.
There is no steam room, the jacuzzi doesnโt work, and you need a swimming cap to go to the pool. They donโt have any to lend or sell to you. Who travels with a swim cap?!!
When you bring any of these items to the managerโs attention absolutely nothing gets done.
