This penthouse is very spacious, beautifully decorated, in a safe area near several restaurants and coffee shops. It’s also very close to the lake. Even though it’s close to everything and it’s in a lively area, it was very quiet and private in the apartment. Yaiza was very friendly and helpful.

Alessia's place was absoutely fantastic. The apartment itself was stunning, with gorgeous furniture and a huge, beautiful bathroom. It also had A/C which was a bonus on the hot days. The location was perfect in the old town - steps away from a piazza full of restaurants, and only a couple of minutes walk from the lake. The staff could not have been more helpful - they gave us loads of information and tips, which improved our holiday immensely. If I ever go back to Como (which is likely!) than I will only consider staying here. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

First Visit To Como

The king size bed was incredibly comfortable! The apartment was very, very clean. So impressed! The apartment is also VERY quiet and has a lovely little veranda with two chairs and a table to enjoy the sun and fresh air. Very convenient to Lake Como. Approximately 5-10 minute walk to the lake. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Head down side streets for even more options. Plenty of gelato stores available too! 😊 The property manager provided excellent communication and very useful recommendations that made our stay wonderful and avoided wasting of time. We highly recommend staying at Alessias Place!

We absolutely loved this apartment. Our only regret is that we were only here for one night, our last of a three week trip through Italy. It was by far the most beautiful, yet functional flat we had during our entire trip. A bonus was our wonderful check in hostess. She was communicative, informative and very helpful. We hope to stay here again, but for much longer! We loved the proximity to the ferry and train stations. Each of which were a 5-10 minute walk. So many beautiful shops, restaurants, history and architecture in Como and we were in the heart of it all.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment

Extremely clean apartment with a luxury vibe. Big bathroom, towels of good quality and many of them. Comfortable bed with nice bed linen. Nespresso coffee machine with few capsules on site. No noise at all during the night. Very good communication with Yaiza who welcomed us.

We had a great experience staying at Alessia’s place! The room was very clean and organized with plenty of room and amenities. Best of all, Alessia took the time to give us our own personalized map, where she marked places we can go and how to get around Como. We would recommend taking the bus if you travel to Bellagio - it was a fraction of the price compared to the ferry, we didn’t have to wait in lines, and the view was even better than the ferry. This place was a great stay in a great location, and was also very affordable!

The room is big och very clean. Im very happy with it, you get what you pay it for. I was stay there for 2 nights with my friends. The bed is big and comfortable. The staff is very nice and polite. She give you the advice where to go and how you can go to the place that you need to go. I was very impressed with the service. And i would revommend you to come and stay here.

The room is quite pretty, with a modern bathroom, and a great location - minutes from the train station and a 1-minute walk to the main square. However, it lacks some amenities. There was a coffee machine, but no mini-fridge, no safe, and a bundle of heavy keys you had to carry with you, as it took multiple keys to get you in. There is no real staff, but someone that checked us in and then left. She pointed at the air conditioner and the wall module, but then failed to tell us where to find the remote to turn it on, which we didn't find until it was time to check out as it was in a drawer! One of the biggest drawbacks is that the window faced an alley that had extremely bright lights on overnight. We closed the shutters, but they were painted slightly open and basically the room was at the level of daylight all night long! Also, they refused to allow us to leave our bags, as most places do when you have an afternoon departure. When we pushed back, we agreed to be back by a certain time. 20 minutes ahead of time, we arrived back to find our luggage had been removed from the room by a different person! Turns out, he was the manager, and was watching the bags for us, as someone else had already checked in. He did ask us for honest feedback, and we gave him the above, and he was extremely nice, and didn't try to defend, and just said he hoped he would have the opportunity to do better. Before you book here, check to see if they've corrected the night shutters!

The room was clean and charming. Yaiza, who coordinated check-in, was fantastic — she was responsive and had excellent recommendations for food and things to do. Good location close to the lake and only 5-10 mins walk from San Giovanni train station (depending on how fast you walk). No view from Suite 8 to speak of but I wasn’t hanging out in my room much, other than to sleep. I would stay here again!

We had a great experience with the hostess meeting us to show up the place. She was very friendly and helpful with all her suggestions. The apartment is in the heart of everything. Restaurants and bars all around. The train is a 10 minute walk and the lake is 2 minutes away. Ferries and busses to take you wherever you need to go. The place is very spacious and comfortable with a nice area outside to relax. The bathroom is very big and the bed is comfortable. I give it a 10 for cleanliness, location and hostess.

Schönes Zimmer in perfekter Lage.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, allerdings hatte ich nicht gesehen, dass es während des ganzen Aufenthaltes keine Reinigung und Bettenservice gibt ;-((. Leider auch keine Kleenex im Badezimmer und pro Person 1 Kaffeekapsel pro Tag, dies ist ziemlich armselig. Die Betreuung war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die wir sehr schätzten!

From coordinating our arrival at the property a week in advance and meeting us upon arrival was a nice touch and change from the usual lockbox check-in experience. Yaiza was punctual, friendly, and ready to share the local secret spots for dinner and experience lake Como. Very pleasant, just don't get your keys mixed up.
