Highly recommended! Very chill, great team running property of 12 gorgeous rooms…and Danny is fantastic!!! Super intimate/small property…polar opposite of an all inclusive. If you’re looking for a secluded property on an AWESOME beachfront, this is the place!

The property was very easily located off thebhighway close to the town centre of tulum. We were easily able to access the hotel zone and local attractions with our rental car, but there were taxis ready to go any time for people who dont rent cars. The road to the properties was guarded 24 hours so we felt very safe. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Included breakfast were generous portions of mexican style breakfast, not buffet or contonental style, so were very good.

Road getting to the hotel is HORRIBLE. So many potholes that it take 15-20 minutes to go just over a mile. Would stay again except for the road. Hated the idea of leaving or coming back to the hotel. Thought it would damage our rental car, a smaller crossover.
