O único inconveniente que achei foi a demora para reposição do café, sobretudo reposição de xícaras. Nos três dias que fiquei no hotel, houve esse problema. Exceto isso, o hotel é maravilhoso e vale a pena o custo benefício.

O hotel é muito bonito e não é a primeira vez que nos hospedamos. O local não é ideal, mas para quem está de carro não é um problema. No entanto, desta vez tive problemas com o chuveiro, e fui informado que é recorrente. Se é recorrente, porque não consertam? Além disso apareceram baratas no quarto.

Pontos positivos: ótima estrutura de recepção e lounge do hotel. Quarto amplo e confortável. Excelentes amenities. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. O hotel fica no setor Jaó, bairro tranquilo e seguro. Possui lojinha da Cacau Show no térreo e um bom restaurante. Hotel bonito e bem decorado. Possui espaço para eventos e estacionamento. Bem silencioso, bom para descansar. Pontos negativos: falta uma torradeira no café da manhã, maior garrafa térmica para o leite; reposição do café e máquina de café expresso que seja mais rápida e não coloque açúcar no leite (os diferentes cafés com leite saem adocicados; sou diabética). Sugestão: Spa de massagem que atenda o casal. No banheiro colocar assento e tampa que desça devagar (a noite é possível ouvir o barulho que elas fazem). Aumentar a quantidade de funcionários no restaurante, pois o atendimento fica precário quando recebem vários visitantes, além de hóspedes.

Ja havia ficado no hotel uns 3 anos atras. Foi otimo. Dessa vez foi bom, mas o restaurante estava fechado para um evento. E se quisesse comer tinha que pedir nao quarto. Acho que o hotel deveria preservar os hospedes e ter um espaço para eventos particulares sem penalizar que se hospeda la.
