Hotel bom no geral, mas a cama não é confortável parece que tem um plástico embaixo, talvez uma capa de colchão que deixa ruim. Banheiro minúsculo porém o chuveiro é bom. A taxa pet é um absurdo 90 reais a diária e não negociam de forma nenhuma, sendo que o concorrente cobra apenas 50 reais. Café da manhã muito bom! Se melhorar o preço da diária e pet, poderá ser uma ótima opção de custo benefício.

O quarto é muito bom, confortável e tem tudo o que se precisa. Eu como tenho restrição alimentar (leite e glúten), entrei em contato com eles antes e avisei, assim, prepararam café da manhã especial pra mim, fazendo eu me sentir em casa. Pessoal que trabalha no hotel, atendentes, pessoal da cozinha e etc, super atenciosos e dedicados, voltarei com toda a certeza.

O hotel é muito bom. Excelente localização. O único senão se deve à limpeza dos quartos. Nos quatro dias que estivemos hospedados só trocaram as tolhas de banho e recolheram o lixo. Não arrumaram as camas nem varreram os quartos. O cartão magnético de um dos quartos, precisou ser revalidado todas as vezes que retornamos ao hotel, tornando desconfortável a situação. Sugiro que os condicionadores de ar sejam do modo frio/quente, pois o feriado de corpus cristi foi bem frio e os quartos ficaram extremamente gelados.

Hotel muito bom! Excelente hospitalidade, muito boa localização e um ótimo café da manhã. O que deixou a desejar foi ar condicionado, que tinha a função aquecedor. Porém o mesmo estava funcionando quando queria, faltou uma manutenção preventiva para sanar isso. No restante tudo certo!

Hotel excelente, mas o recepcionista Ricardo foi um pouco indelicado, acho que deveria ser mais gentil com os hóspedes, estava na estrada e reservei uma suíte não sabia que não tinha café, ele também não ofereceu e eu pedi pra incluir o valor ele disse que não poderia pois eu já tinha feito a reserva, porém a reserva não tinha sido paga, aí ficamos discutindo e ele foi sarcástico então resolvi não bater mais boca, faltou um pouco de senso da parte dele.

Hotel confortável , recepção atenciosa e rápida , o café da manhã fresquinho e variado, eles estavam bem preocupados com a higienização e distanciamento no local , gostamos bastante da funcionária que estava na entrada do café . Fizemos uma refeição no hotel, um jantar no quarto , comida muita saborosa e farta . Apenas a cama achei um pouco dura, mas no demais gostamos bastante . Uma ótima opção para quem quer ir até o Santuário de Aparecida.
