Beautiful gem

The property is peaceful and beautiful, on lush grassy slopes overlooking the ocean, surrounded by orchards of tropical fruit trees. Randy is a wonderful and considerate host, always ready to give helpful info on the area, or to let you enjoy your privacy as you prefer. For cat lovers, there is a charming group of friendly felines on the farm property. Highly recommend it— the best place we’ve stayed anywhere in Hawaii! 🌴 🌈 🌊 ⛰️

Absolutely superb. Randy thought of everything to make this a quiet, friendly, comfortable place to stay. A quiet retreat. It put a dent in our tourist activities, though, because we didn’t want to leave! It’s good to do some grocery shopping before you get there, as there are minimal food options in the immediate area.

I like the property itself, it’s a small place a bit out of the beaten path but the room is pretty much an apartment and as there are only few rooms and a common area, feels ideal for 2 or 3 couples traveling together. Just be aware it’s a bit far from town

Nicely appointed unit in a quiet ocean and Mountain View country setting. Reasonable price considering the quality of the unit. 14 miles to Kona for good restaurants, a free zoo and botanical gardens as well as waterfalls and other nature attractions. Nice 50 mile day trip to the Volcano national park. Highly recommend this country inn!
