I spent two nights at The Jeff Hotel and found it to be a fantastic option for a quick solo trip to Paris. As someone who was simply looking for a clean and convenient place to sleep near the city center, The Jeff Hotel was perfect.
The location is unbeatable, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore. While the building is older and has a small, vintage lift, it's something to be mindful of if you're claustrophobic or dislike small spaces. The rooms are very small, and it's in the middle of restaurants and shops and so it will get noisy at night. I am a heavy sleeper, so for me, it wasn't an issue at all. But if you're a light sleeper, consider it.
The service was good, Sabrina at the reception was kind and helpful, and the night shift gentleman who spoke Spanish was a huge help, as my French isn't the best. My room was clean and had everything I needed to feel comfortable.
If you're a traveler looking for a practical, well-located, and friendly alternative to a hostel, I would definitely recommend The Jeff Hotel. It's a great base for a solo tour of Paris.
