One night stay

Handy for central Birmingham, clean and modern rooms and plenty of parking options. Nice touch of complimentary water, prosecco and orange juice in the fridge. Easy drop off of luggage and late check in worked well
Matthew, 1-night trip

Clean but very cold when we arrived. Tea making stuff poor quantity. Impossible to fill kettle in sink had to use glasses of water

Good location.
Laura, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

We had a standard room, positives were it was clean and nicely decorated. There was complimentary water, oj and prosecco. We were staying for a family get together and the food and service at dinner was excellent - great atmosphere and good cocktails. Negatives - the room was quite noisy and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was disappointing - service was very poor and there was overall confusion whether it was included in the room price or not. The £15 charge was good value however the cooked breakfast I had wasn’t great - bacon was dry and overcooked and many of the breakfast items hadn’t been replenished, no plates etc. staff were friendly and apologised but overall feeling of disorganisation. Would eat and drink at the venue but not stay again.
Janine, 1-night trip

Amazing find

Lovely hotel Very busy on a Saturday. Security at night - gentleman-was a very nice, friendly doorman. Credit to hotel. Bar/waiting staff in the afternoon were extremely busy but were very professional and calm all the way through service. Credit to the hotel. Decor was stunning, the outside as it turns dark especially. Picture perfect. There is a lot of effort taken to keep this hotel/bar/restaurant to the standard it is.

Room was clean and spacious. Bed and pillows - very comfortable. Shower pressure good. Service was fantastic. Atmosphere in Lobby was really nice and the food was delicious. Great venue that I would recommend.
Stefania, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Adequate for an over night stop, clean and tidy but no tea/coffee making equipment, no tv remote to be able to use tv. Staff all pleasant and polite.

8/10 Very good

Excellent staff and hotel The only downside to our stay was the loud music Parties are held downstairs in the bar area until midnight being a hotel I was hoping for a more relaxed hotel with background music at an acceptable level
John, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Lovely overnight stay, we were kindly upgraded to a bigger room which was appreciated. The location was great, but there is a pub within the location and there was quite a bit of noise late into the night.
