My husband and I and our adult son stayed here for 3 nights in April. The location is central and there are several grocery stores within an easy walk. The kitchen made it possible for us to enjoy a quick breakfast before setting out for the day. Would definitely stay here again.

The Condominium was great condition. Checking was a little too lengthy and cumbersome. I did enjoy the technology used to be able to check in but for last minute booking it needs to be simplify. Overall we as family enjoy the stay and comfort. Will use it again and highly recommended for more than a day. It’s central and walking distance to many places within Grand via.

Perfect stay!

Absolutely perfect from start to finish! Communication was great from helpful staff both before and after the stay. No staff on site, but door codes sent well prior to check-in time and all easy to use so no stress at all there. The apartment was centrally located and easy to find but not on a main road. My brother is a light sleeper and said he heard no noise at all in his room (I didn't hear any in mine either, but I can sleep through anything.) Apartment was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we'd need and even a few extras - there was (lovely!) toiletries left to use and even bin bags and dishwasher liquid - a really nice touch (especially for a longer stay) as it's often stuff you'd have to buy. Will definitely use this chain again and I'd recommend these apartments to anyone. Thank you!!

Great Apt in great location!

The 2BR interior apt was clean, had excellent AC, comfortable beds, and plenty of closets. Great location to both metro and renef trains and tons of delicious restaurants and wine bars. Shopping near GrandVia was 10 minute walk, Grocery store across the street. Royal palace 20 minute walk and Retiro park 10 minute walk. We arrived by 11am and called to check in early or use lockers. This was a bumpy and required several phone calls as i was not receiving emails until i called back, and then i received both emails. All in all we would stay here again

I arrived on a cold afternoon, opened the radiators to warm the place and when I came back after dinner it was very cold. In the morning, after a cold night I found out there was no hot water. I had to rush for work and sent a message in the afternoon to report it. As I could not risk another night in those conditions I had to find a different place to stay. The day after I received a sorry message saying …if you would have reported it we could have tried to fix the problem. Never again
