We did not stay, we wanted to change our date to the following day but were told we had to contact Expedia, who told also told us that we had to contact the hotel, so with neither taking responsibility or helping, especially when there was a room available so it was just a straight swap, our one night away a year was spoilt. Sadly I don’t feel
Comfortable or confident in using this hotel or Expedia again.
