It was a nightmare !!! When we checked in, we needed to move three times because the first two rooms that were assigned to us were adjoining rooms where you could hear the conversation of the next door guests, walls are paper thin . FINALLY, we got a non-adjoining. After we settled in we went out to dinner and came back before 10 oโclock and could hear someoneโs loud tv. We were so tired that my wife just ignored the noise, we thought it would stop when the occupants of that room would go to bed, but it didnโt. We woke-up around 3 am and complained. They sent two guards to check the noise, we even invited the two guards to our room so that they can hear the noise and they heard it. When they left, we thought they would look for the source and give us an update but they never came back. My wife called countless times but the sound never stopped, so we decided to go down to the front desk to complain that was after 4 am but we were treated badly by the unsympathetic front desk guy who told us he is a manager. No apology nor sympathy for the inconvenience and hell we were going through. He even called the two unsympathetic/arrogant security officers to escort us back to our room and checked the sound which by then had stopped (temporarily)when they were there, but after they left, the noise started up again. Finally, we checked out later that morning, a day early. The hotel did not even give any consideration or apologies and refused to give us a refund after that hellish night
