Very clean hotel. Staff very friendly. Loved the Coffee as it was available all day!

Staff at checkin was rude, unwelcoming, and unhelpful. Even tho we had confirmation numbers for the four rooms booked (and prepaid), they would not allow anyone to checkin without the person whose name was on the reservation. We were all traveling in separately from different locations for a high school graduation, and she would not allow my 83 year old mother into her room even after speaking with us on the phone. She repeatedly mentioned that she had no obligation to deal with us because we had booked - again, prepaid! - through a third party. I have never had a more frustrating hotel checkin experience in my life. Ridiculous.

Breakfast good have been better. Had to ask to have the waffle mix refilled and had to ask for the potatoes to be refilled.

It's always a story why something was not right
When i first got to the hotel. I ask the woman at the front desk could she check the room. Because i had problems with the rooms that i had the last three times that i stayed there. Moving back and forth from room to room. I have a prosthetic leg. And i always asks for accessible rooms. I got one this time. And when I walked in to the room. And looked in the bathroom it had one dirty towel hanging up in the shower. That show me and my wife that the room could be halfway clean. If we was not tired. We would had try to get my money back. It was our Anniversary weekend. Abunch of laughing and taking back and forth. We stay in Room 100.on the first floor.

It is the best maintained hotel in this area of Suffolk. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are clean and recently remodeled.

I left my key in the room, and when I returned just before 11 pm, the desk clerk was very polite and accommodating. She was very friendly and I appreciated that.
I am a military kid. I was in town for a reunion of military kids I had gone to school with in Naples, Italy. Your memorial table did not go unnoticed by me and my classmates who stayed at the Hampton Inn. Thank you for remembering what Memorial Day is all about.
