The condition of the interior was substandard with missing ceiling tiles in the hallway. Bed was very uncomfortable and appeared to be a form mattress. Customs service is great from front desk staff to maintenance who fixed my A/C and refrigerator not getting cold issues within 24 hours of reporting it. Beds are comfortable and room has an inviting and home away form home feel.

The people were fantastic—helpful, cheerful, and ready to answer questions. The building is showing its age. The kitchenette in my room had a leaky faucet and there was an obvious burn mark next to the back electric burner. The security door only latched on its own about half the time. Also, the free wifi is for basic service. If you want real wifi speed, you must pay for it.
