Comfortable place but there was definitely a smell in our room that was a little off-putting. We liked the layout and the facility was well kept.

The property overall was clean but dated other than the bathroom floors were not dirty but has residual stickiness from cleaner and the tub was either worn or dirty. There was no directional on the inside of the door in case of fire what would our best exit route be??
The front desk staff on Friday afternoon and the young lady running the breakfast buffet on Saturday were friendly and attentive and should be recognized since they are the first impression and for us our last as we left after breakfast

Check-in attendant could have been more cheerful; First impression - dรฉcor seemed dated, but might just be my taste; Bed was comfortable; key-swipe to enter through back door wasn't working - acknowledged by desk clerk, but no apologies offered. Wouldn't/couldn't (?) print a receipt upon check-out as reservation was booked though Hotels.com.

Itโs ok.
The place is not as nice as it was a few years ago at my last visit. Room (especially the shower) was not as clean. Handle was off ye refrigerator. The only way to turn off the ceiling fan was to turn off the switch (at the front door) which also turned off the bathroom lights. Room lights are very dim. No TV channel guide (it did not work on the TV).

Solid option in DuBois
Suite was spacious, but could use some updating. Having a kitchenette is a nice feature, and the setting was quiet and convenient.

A great Hilton in Dubois, PA
Super suite, and a great staff, this was a really nice stay for me. If you are in the Dubois area, definitely consider staying here. Excellent Hilton Hotel.

1. We wanted room near elevator-please show the clerk where 420 is-not near elevator. 2. No liquid soap in shower. 3. Couch uncomfortable. 4. Both days eggs and decaf coffee were cold. 5. Ice maker on 4 is broken-had to go to another floor to get ice. 6. Why canโt hotels have 1-2 pet free rooms where they thoroughly clean them and leave empty for 6 months and ONLY give to people like us who request one due to severe pet dander allergies???

$75 pet fee
Although the hotel is pet-friendly, the $75 pet charge is hidden until checking in. While I understand the reason behind such a charge, I would have chosen a different hotel to book up front had I known about the excessive charge. $75 seems like a lot for someone who spent roughly 12 hours in the room. I guess the kicker was the approach of the front desk person too when checking inโฆ cranky and made me feel like she was put out by simply doing her job.
