We have an amazing time! From the check in to the arrival celebration. The rooms were amazing and so large! The onsen was very family friendly. Play spaces indoor and out were outstanding. Breakfast left us speechless. Our only regret is not getting dinner. Such an amazing experience

大人利用にも配慮を

オールインクルーシブということで利用させていただきました。事前に子供が多いとの口コミはありましたが、それほど問題ないかと利用したのですが、（仕方のない部分ありますが）かなり騒がしかったです。 せめて乳幼児のエリアと大人だけのエリアを分けて対応いただきたかったです。 特にラウンジが夜の時間帯で、ホテルの方もアナウンスしてくださりましたが、ゲームコーナーや子供の遊ぶエリアが近かったこともあり、なかなかルールを守っていただける状況ではなかったです。 親ものんびりしたいというのはわかりますので、せめてエリアを分ける、また夜の時間帯は、ドリンクコーナーは大人だけが入ることができるなどの設定をされたほうが良いかと思いました。 あと、チェックアウトが11時で、入浴も11時までに設定しているので、温泉ラウンジの飲み物や、一般ラウンジの飲み物は11時まで利用できるようにしていただきたかったです。

家族4人、和洋室のファミリールームを利用しました。子どもは添い寝でいいかなーと思ってましたが、ベッド２つある他、和室の方にも布団が２つ用意してあり、子ども達は安心して寝る事ができました。3歳の娘は、室内の遊び場が気に入り、飽きずにずっと遊んでいました。お風呂も、子ども用のバスチェアや、ベビーバスなども用意してあり、オムツでも入れるのが嬉しい点でした。朝食ブッフェは種類が沢山あり、満足いくまで食べました。また利用したいです。

子供の遊び場がありとても有意義に過ごすことができました！ウェルカムドリンクもアルコールからコーヒーやジュースまでおつまみもありどれもおいしかったです。 お部屋は階ごとで綺麗さは変わっていそうです。私が泊まったお部屋は少し壁紙にシミや床に飲み物をこぼした跡などがありましたが、不便なく過ごせています。ご飯の席も優遇が効いている場所もあり良かったです。バイキングは全て美味しいです！ただ、目玉商品があればいいのかなと思いました。 またぜひ利用したいです！
