When I first entered the lobby, I was greeted rather coldly by the front desk staff. It felt as though I was being judged, perhaps due to assumptions about my background or status. However, after I ordered an expensive meal at the bar and returned with my reservation number, her demeanor noticeably shifted.
At that point, I opted to be assisted by a different staff member. First impressions matter, and I believe every guest should be treated with the same courtesy and respect, regardless of appearance or perceived status.
