El personal muy amable, la habitaciรณn muy amplia (nos alojamos una familia de 2 adultos y 3 niรฑos) y muy limpia y el desayuno bastante completo. Es un hotel que estรก muy bien si se desea visitar Washington.

Surprise
I have stayed in this hotel before. I was shocked that you are now charging $10 to park in a relatively empty parking lot. Everything else was fine.

GOOD STAY BUTโฆ..SOME FLAWS
Room is clean. It was a vacation with family. We have our baby with us so had to put milk and food inside fridge.
However the problem was, the fridge has a two hour timer for cooling then it stops and then you need to reset it to two hours again to keep it cool each time.
It was a problem to us because we had milk and baby food overnight. The fridge is terrible. Doesn't keep food and milk fresh and cold. It was a weird set up.
Lamp has a crack. Toilet has a crack as well. Receptionist is nice and pool is nice too.

No Swimming Pool
Booked at this hotel due to its proximity to Alexandria Old Town. We knew it was going to be hot and steamy in VA in June. So one of the reasons we booked this hotel was because they have a swimming pool. Unfortunately, the pool was out of service for the whole time we were there. We definitely could have used it on those 100 degree days.
Also, the hotel advertised free parking on Hotels.com, but were told it was now $10/15 a night. False Advertising by Marriott

First off on hotels.com it says parking was free. They tried to charge for parking before i mentioned that online it said it was free. They did honor the free parking then. Then no keys in the entire hotel worked. We had to have a worker let us into our room every time we left. They showed us a way we could keep our door open without it locking but Iโm sorry Iโm not going to do that. The tub in the room would not drain well and there was a ton of water over your ankles while showering. Itโs not fun taking a shower like that. the pictures online look nice, but I would find another hotel to stay at as there are plenty in the area.

Birthday Trip
The room was nice, very clean but somewhat small. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast was fine. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. However, having to pay for parking was a surprise, since I don't recall seeing it advertised anywhere. Overall it was a positive experience.
(Be advised there are rooms below the main level.)

Mediocre
The lobby area was clean and breakfast was decent. The breakfast consisted of eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, and oatmeal, fruit, bagels, and juice, water, and coffee. The beds were very uncomfortable. I thought we'd have a good refresh during our visit but that was not the case. I had to ask for toilet paper at front desk. It's a decent hotel for a day but not for several days.

Not too bad
Shower rod was too high curtain barely stayed in the tub they charge for wifi and parking and itโs not written anywhere. Pool was closed, no warning about it no compensation for the inconvenience temperature was around 99 breakfast was good privacy curtain in the room was of the hanger so light came in tv remote didnโt work maintenance guy caught an attitude have to press buttons really hard to work office chair doesnโt have wheels got to drag it around common hallways really needed a vacuum and the carpet stretched we were there from Saturday to Tuesday and it wasnโt vacuumed overall it was a good stay but they need to pay attention to details

Lack of communication
When i arrived the room i reserved wasnt available fine i wss offered to other rooms but only needed one so i went with the single king amd pull out but i was also told at my checkin that my rate would be discounted to accomodate me since what i reserved i didn't get checked out on sunday the young lady wasnt nice at all had no clue and asking me who i spoke to as if she didnt know who relieved her on friday after her day shift so there was no communication and neither did i receive a discount for the inconvenience

We had to wait 2 hours to get the room. We were compensated by getting a late checkout complementary.
