Room #1418 was clean, with no bugs, and had a very comfortable bed. The employees were kind, especially the little old lady at the check-out desk by the second parking lot entrance. She offered me the last of the coffee before putting it away, and we chatted for a bit, which was sweet of her.
My favorite part of the hotel was the interesting and varied selection of tea offered in the lobby. It wasn’t just the standard black, breakfast, green, or chamomile tea. They also had options like Sleepytime, Orange & Spice, and Lemon Ginger, as well as apple cider.
For improvements, the coffee machine in Room #1418 had to be moved across the room because there wasn’t an accessible outlet nearby. The coffee tray was broken, with the rim lifting up and the bottom melted onto the wooden TV dresser. The dresser was scuffed and could use a fresh coat of paint or refinishing.
