The room was really nice and comfortable, but they need to upgrade the shower head. The area around is older but it’s safe . You can walk to the night market and mrt easily

This is not a 4 star hotel at all. Probably not even a 1 star hotel. The rooms are very old and dated. We found mold growing in the bathrooms. The tapware was falling apart. I needed to be near Ta Tung Hospital, and location wise this hotel was perfect. It's also near an MRT station with many fast food options nearby. The hotel was in decent condition, though the room's AC made a strange noise every few minutes. I found the hotel staff to be hit-and-miss. Some were friendlier than others. The breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about.

Good location, 5mins walk from City Council MRT Station. Friendly front desk staff, room was clean, good size, bed was comfy with decent sheets, not enough outlets for devices, no USB ports. Breakfast is standard for this price range. Best feature was the bath tub, which is great for soaking your feet after a long day of walking

The room was spacious and clean. However the towels were pretty worn out and thin and smelled horrible like dried cuttlefish. The spa tub was big but wasn't working at all. Staff were friendly and helpful. Short walk to the nearest MRT station. Breakfast was very mediocre.

Lovely hotel

A very nice hotel. Location close to a lot of things. Breakfast was good, but difficult finding a table. We stayed at the hotel for three night. We came around 8am, 9am and in between. Every day it was almost full of people. Also the kitchen couldn’t keep up filling up the trays. The staff at the reception were very sweet and helpful. The cleaning was ok, but they forgot to give us water, so we went out buying some bottles. We stayed there during Lunar New Year. We knew there would be many people at the hotel. The funny thing was, you only noticed it during breakfast. Also no traffic in the streets so can’t tell if the quiet room is normal.
