Breakfast was good. Same mattresses; lumpy or hard as a rock. Same room temp control; too cold or warm and stuffy. Friendly staff all the way around. No parking lot security cameras, told to park at my own risk. Snacks and beverages offered at high prices. Bathroom /closet barn door, totally stupid design. Vanity, sink, faucet , under vanity storage and pull-out makeup shelves need a more functional design. Nice shower with plenty of hot water. Bathroom was spotless. Carpet and poor room lighting conceals alot of dirt. I will probably try a Hampton Inn in a different location, but only one more try.

Betty really went out her way to truly accommodate us by traveling so far! The hospitality and love shown was beyond more than words can ever express! Beds very comfortable, clean hotel. Breakfast was not amazing this year (we’ve stayed the last 2 years for a sports tournament). Went down at 7 and they were out of almost everything. Stayed down for about an hour and everyone coming through also seemed upset as the basics were not filled (cups, napkins). One employee was working on it so I’m not sure if there was just a call off and only one person was doing multiple jobs or it was just not organized and prepped for the shift.

This is our go to hotel when visiting the area. We have stayed here 6 times this past year. We are always pleased with our stay. The room is clean and service is great. The only negative I have is I called in advance to get the same room we had on our last visit. The woman I spoke to said not a problem we have you in the same room (202). When we checked in we were told we couldn’t stay in that room and that there was someone already in there and has been for weeks. So I’m not sure what happened but that was in no way a big deal, but a bit frustrating. Other than that our stay was great.
