I had to check out early due to a bed bug issue.
One staff member kindly changed the sheets, but the bites continued.
When I asked another staff member to inspect the room for future guests, they simply said, โWeโve never had this problem in that room beforeโ and refused to take further action.
They offered me a different room, but it was in worse condition, so I declined.
No refund was provided.
Very disappointing experience overall, especially in terms of hygiene and customer care.
