Rooms are nice, service is very poor.
We have stayed here before, but this time every interaction with employees went poorly. One of our rooms was not ready at check in time, then they wrote down the wrong room number and sent two disabled people on a wild goose chase for their room. The check in person did not ID us (weirdly).
The reservation included parking, but because we had disabled people in the party we wished to use valet. The hotel refused to either refund the 2nd parking fee or apply it the valet, which I felt was very unfair.
The room we waited for to be cleaned was not clean, and the tub was had hair and an ant in it. Despite being a "junior suite" the only different from the standard king seemed to be a bathtub. I did not think it was noticeably bigger, and the view was terrible. It was much closer to the elevator, which was nice for the disabled members of our party.
When we checked in there was food from room service and dirty laundry sitting around in the hall, and it was still there 3 hours later when we left for dinner.
No one would answer the phone at the valet desk, so it took 30 minutes to get our car out of valet.
The beds are very comfortable.
