Good Afternoon
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my stay at the Royal Dunkeld Hotel on Saturday, 13th September.
As a long-standing member, I rarely raise complaints, but unfortunately, my experience on this occasion fell well below acceptable standards. The hotel was dirty, and the service was extremely poorโI even witnessed two families leave because they were unable to get any assistance.
Most concerning was the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Fresh dog urine was present on the reception carpet and remained uncleaned for over 24 hours. In addition, there was no running hot water, forcing me to take a cold shower in a unit that was very worn and dated.
This experience was both unpleasant and disappointing. I would be grateful to know whether similar complaints have been raised about this hotel, as I would certainly not recommend it to fellow members in its current condition.
