I didnโt get to stay because they said they didnโt have my reservation even though I showed them my confirmation email from hotels.com and we had to pay almost triple at another hotel at midnight already 3 hrs from home. And they have yet to refund me my money from this incident on Thursday the 15 of May and today is Wednesday is the 21st. After I already had this room reserved since November. So no I did not get to even stay to decide whether I liked the hotel or not.

Would not stay here again. Hotel was run down and old; staff was hard to get ahold of. I was there 5 days and they didnโt service my room at all. Also there was a cockroach in my room.

had a horrible experience and bizarre conversation with Expedia.
We booked a hotel the super inn by Oyo at Daytona Beach for two nights . To recover on our flight to Orlando from Gatwick as part way to Savannah in Georgia.
Up at 4:30am and arrived at Daytona beach midnightish about 6:30am UK time only to be told our booking has been cancelled.
Expedia shows as open and still shows today as ongoing.
Expedia absolutely unhelpful,they just said we would get a refund. We hadn't paid for it. The reason for the cancelation the price was too low. I had no reply to my suggestion that it was the price Expedia had asked for
Luckily we were able to get the last room and pay directly to the hotel so we had a room. The hotel manager was a top man and helped us so much liaising with head office.
Next day another unfortunate Expedia customer but no rooms.
It seems to me a very non customer friendly modus operandi for a company. I shall not be using Expedia again.
The property's leisure area was closed so basically we were stuck to the room and taking a chair to the pathway.

There is no onsite assistance so if you need anything you have to go buy it. Took us time to locate that we even had WiFi it was written on a small sign on the window of what used to be the office. Overall it was good but wished the blankets were actually blankets and we could get soap and more towels

SCAM!
I'm pretty sure I got scammed. This booking showed up with decent reviews and was much cheaper than a number of other hotels of the same quality, so I booked them. Then a week before I was supposed to stay they give me a vague reason of why they could no longer accomodate me. They said they would give me a refund within 7-10 days, but that has passed and I still have not gotten my money back.

Poor stay
There is no lobby. They make you check in through the night time window. The lady who checked me in was polite as a porcupine cornered. Then I was severely told to keep the room clean. There was no housekeeping during my stay. The morning I left the only trash receptacle outside was overflowing so I took my trash home. There was only sheets and comforter on the beds. It was cold so I had to take the comforter off the other bed to be warm. The bathroom had liquid soap but it was so watered down.

I canโt really review the property because Expedia wrote me two days before our trip to tell me that I didnโt have a room after all! They sold me a room, sent me the confirmations, and then just a couple of days before the Daytona 500, you write to tell me that I donโt have a room after all! Try getting a rum for less than $300 per night in Daytona on race weekend! Terrible service and I have removed Expedia from my options for rooms. You left me high and dry!!! Terrible terrible service!!!

We drove 8 hours to Daytona for the NASCAR race. This property listing indicates no front desk so I called to see how to get in only to hear our reservation was canceled โdue to unforeseen circumstancesโ No options for other lodging, no real reason Only a too bad attitude
