A great disappointment

Ambitious hotel with no reception. Blood and urin stains in materass and duved. No one ever cared to answered the phone number "available 24 hours a day".Room was not cleaned or refreshed for 2 days. Breakfast is really good. But It was a bad experience.

Not Worth the Price – Style Over Comfort at U&Me We stayed 18 nights in a “Superior” room for $2200. The view was great, but nearly everything else disappointed. The first room was tiny with a dangerous bathtub. We were luckily moved to a corner room that had just enough space for standing suitcases—no dressers, no closets, no surfaces. The shower flooded the floor daily. Lighting was dim and confusing. Windows didn't open, and with no air conditioning, the room got hot unless we kept curtains completely closed all day. The room was dusty throughout our stay—my nightstand was never wiped, and the floor under furniture was filthy. Sheets were hard to get changed (even completely ignored when we actually removed them ourselves), and we found stains on both the pillows and the comforters. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the bed topper was thin and cheap. The mattress itself had visible liquid stains. Details like plastic toilet flushers and flimsy lamps felt more hostel than hotel. Garage access was confusing, elevator logistics frustrating, and we weren’t informed when the parking code changed. Loud music from nearby events until 3am cost us sleep—yet the hotel had the audacity to raise the nightly price exactly during that time. Bottom line: this is a wanna-be flashy hotel likely designed for short-term visitors who care more about Instagram aesthetics than livability. If you’re staying longer than a weekend, think twice.

La habitación muy limpia. Del personal no puedo decir nada directamente no hay! Tuvimos que hacer nosotros mismos el check-in y el check-out, y si hay algún problema tienes que llamar a un número (ni siquiera tienen la decencia de poner un teléfono interno a disposición de los huéspedes). No volvería nunca a un hotel sin personal. El desayuno, muy completo y variado. La ubicación, inmejorable. Las vistas, impresionantes. El tamaño de la habitación es ínfimo: es incomodísima incluso para una persona sola. En resumen: hotel moderno, bien situado, con una decoración agradable y unas vistas impresionantes, pero la falta de espacio en la habitación y la falta de personal en recepción hacen que no valga la pena.

Draperierna var svåra att dra för och de lämnade en glipa där ljus kom in. Restaurangens middagsalternativ var dåligt, men riktigt god och trevlig frukost. Knepigt med handfat i själva rummet avskilt från toaletten. Persiennen gick inte att dra ner för det stora fönstret in till dusch och toalett.
