I arrived late on Thursday and discovered that the shower drain wasn’t working. I called the front desk, and while they couldn’t fix it right away, they provided a quick temporary solution by placing a door stopper to keep the drain open. I was told the issue would be fixed the next day. When I returned the following day, the door stopper was gone, and the drain was still not working. After waiting 45 minutes for assistance—after a 15-hour work shift—I was told it would be repaired the next day. Unfortunately, it never was. The water continued to pool in the shower, creating a gross, unpleasant experience. Overall, the issue was never resolved, and it was extremely frustrating.

Much better than ratings suggest

Based on my stay, I do not understand why this motel has an overall low rating. Must be lots of nit-picking people that live in their fancy glass houses that decide to stay here for a night or two, to save $ and then complain.

It was just okay

The room was an average size. Small coffee maker, microwave and a bar fridge, that was annoyingly noisy. This affected our sleep. Beds were relatively comfortable. The other patrons were loud, running and yelling in the hallways until 2am. I know there's not much a hotel can do about controlling that. Small parking lot, decent light breakfast items offered.

The Room was clean but the carpet on the hallway was dirty and smelled. The incluse breakfast was correct. There is a 15.50 $ charge if you want to plug your electric car for the night.

Waffles and bed ruffles...

Staff was polite and always available. First room didn't have a safety bar or chain. Did have recycling bin. Changed room, because needed more space. Room 2, was exact opposite - no recycling but safety chain. Rooms could use a bit of sprucing up - bed ruffles, remote covers. Breakfast was deliciously satisfying. Again, staff was helpful and polite.
