This is a university renting dorm rooms for summer; Wi-Fi and laundry is available, front desk person was the best, and the local wild rabbit gang were there to greet me.

It is a great location, super quiet, loved the bunnies (i know they are all over). I booked it because i was on my own while my kids were camping with family elsewhere on the island and i still had to work. The room and bathroom was clean, as was the stocked kitchen. The living area was comfortable and quiet for me to get work done. I fully recommend staying here as a solo traveler as a great budget option.

Liked that we can use the kitchen to cook. Nice walking areas and being able to stay active. Bus to town is easy. Could improve on providing better mattresses and pillows, 2 fans in the room, daily cleaning of shared toilet. Thank you for the service and the staff were nice.

Being a university residence, the property was naturally more quiet during the summer than if classes were in session. Really liked the layout, although the communal kitchen was locked off when we tried to access it.
