Based in a lovely neighbourhood, we found it very quiet at night during our visit.
It’s not a B&B if that’s what you’re looking for: as breakfast isn’t offered anymore (clearly stated), and you don’t have any in person interaction with the hosts.
Really spacious room, lovely modern bathroom. The room needs more soft furnishing added as if you speak any louder than a whisper it echoes all around the room as it’s so sparse.
Useful tea & coffee making facilities, plus a fridge (but it does hum all through the night which gets annoying).
We found the temperature of the room fine - it’s controlled by one main controller upstairs by the owners.
The one thing that really got to us is the bed. It creaks with the slightest movement as it’s made solely from wood so wakes you up in the night. Also the mattress is rock hard, even for someone who likes a firm matttess, and the pillows need replacing.
